jayne Jayne Gottlieb
Jayne came to yoga in search of a way to slow herself down. As a professional dancer it was time to find her breath, heal her body and work on creating peace of mind.

Through the physical 'asana' practice Jayne has found a deep sense of devotion and renewed spirit. Through this connection to self Jayne feels inspired to share her new passion of YOGA with her students. "Motion changes emotion" is her mantra and she inspires a practice where movement will open ones heart and mind. Leaving the possibilities to positive change through energetic shifts.

She has completed her 200hr training in Bhakti Flow yoga with Rusty Wells in San Francisco. Her dance credits includes jazz, tap, hip hop and many dances of the world, studying in some of the most progressive studios in California, New York and at the University of Virgina where she graduated in 2001 with a B.A in Theatre Arts.

sharon Sharon Caplan
Sharon began performing as a professional dancer at the age of 19 with the Houston Ballet and Washington Ballet companies. She later continued her love of dance in the musical theatre and opera productions.

In 2000, Sharon discovered Ashtanga yoga and immediately found her next path. She received her teacher certification from the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California and then began to further her training and studies in Ashtanga.

In 2005, she moved to Telluride, Colorado where Sharon began teaching both Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles at Telluride Yoga Center (TYC) and later became a co-owner and studio manager from 2008 – 2011.

At TYC, Sharon found her mentor and spiritual guide, Victoria Hoffman E-RYT, teaching the Ashtanga practice as taught in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, founder of the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India. She is most grateful and honored for what Victoria has brought to her life.

Through the inspiration of all her previous training, teachers and experiences, Sharon’s classes are a moving meditation with intelligent sequencing that is creative, fluid and fun!

Erika Erika Odlaug
Erika discovered yoga after experiencing a number of injuries from running and living an active lifestyle. At first yoga was one of the only forms of exercise she could do without pain. It replaced the passion for running and gave a similar feeling to the "runner's high". But over time the practice become much more than just another way to work out. It started to become less and less about the physical yoga practice and much more about dealing with whatever life throws your way. Erika believes yoga is an accessible tool for navigating through life's challenges, conquering fears, and realizing the power of positive thinking. She hopes to teach how much our thoughts influence our experiences. Erika received her 200 RYT from White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA. She is Yoga Sculpt (yoga with weights) certified by CorePower Yoga, and a Level 2 Power Yoga instructor by CorePower Yoga. Erika is currently training with Gary Kraftsow at the American Viniyoga Institute. She is also studying to be a personal trainer. If you don't find Erika in her living room practicing yoga, you'll find her swimming, riding her bike, hiking, making art, or cooking for friends. Erika likes a fun and challenging class. Step out of your comfort zone. Expect to laugh, sweat, play with inversions and fly in arm balances
Leslie Leslie Threlkeld
Leslie fell in love with yoga at a time in her life when she felt completely lost, and after just one class, she could feel that the healing had begun inside and out. After growing up as an athlete, there was something so simple and beautiful about being on her mat without a softball glove, or a volleyball, just her body and the chatter in her mind. Around the same time, she discovered Tibetan Buddhism and studied it extensively in college under a lama and traveled to Nepal to continue her studies in Buddhist philosophy and meditation. After studying yoga under her wonderful teachers in Boston, she attended Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and received her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification. Leslie has recently begun working towards her 500 hour certification with Tias and Surya Little of Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe as well as certification in emotional yoga therapy and holistic nutrition. Leslie's vocation is to help others live healthy, joyful lives using the healing powers of yoga, Buddhism, and nutrition.
