Monday Yoga Class description:
An invigorating and inspirational class focusing on fun yoga sequences and body awareness, leading into open discussion about body image, nutrition and self confidence. Aly teaches yoga using a different theme each week to inspire and interest all participants - from partner stretching, to breath techniques, to learning the importance of balancing hard work with stretching and restoring your body - this class, just for girls, will be fun, safe, powerful and not to be missed.

Thursday Hip Hop Class Description:
Hip hop your way through 35-55 min of high-energy dance set to pop and hip hop tunes. Learn to express yourself through music and dance, using the dynamic dance style of hip hop. Jayne is sure to meet expectations of a wild, high energy and fun-filled Hip Hop class set to music which you can't help but dance. This popular class offers a non-intimidating approach to an exciting street dance. Choreography is broken down in a way students of all backgrounds can understand. Bring sneakers.

'Le Cercle', the circle in French, has been created in an effort to bring Basalt and it's surrounding community together.

We offer a wonderful variety of Yoga/ Zumba Fusion/ Barre/ Stretching and Strengthing Thera-Band classes, but equally as important, Le Cercle is a space to talk, laugh, think, create, support and challenge one another as a collective. We want Le Cercle to be about all of you. Those of you in our town that want to be more connected, to have a place to be that is positive, energetic and vibrant. With our eclectic Roaring Fork Valley full of Artists, Entrepreneurs, Thinkers and Doers...we want you to share this space to BE and to BE inspired. ON and OFF the mat.

With Art Openings, Music Recitals, Performances, Lectures, Screenings, Forums and just fun nights talking over some wine and cheese..... we want YOU to be there. Bring those you love and together we can create our local CIRCLE that is what our community is all about. Full, complete, supportive and affirming. In this crazy world... who doesn't want that?
